Recording on a computer with dual GPUs

If you are using a computer that has both a dedicated graphics card and integrated graphics, the integrated graphics needs to be used by Flashback Express 7 when recording.
If you have made a recording and only see a black screen in the saved video, Windows has probably defaulted to using the dedicated graphics card for Flashback Express 7 instead.
Windows 11
- Open Windows Settings
- Go to Systems -> Display -> Graphics
- Under Add an app, select Desktop app and then click Browse
- Select the following file: C:\Program Files\Blueberry Software\FlashBack Express 7\FBProRecorderUI.exe
- Find and click FB Recorder in the list of apps below and click the Options button that appears under it
- Select Power Saving and click OK
Windows 10 and older
For an NVIDIA GPU:
- Right click the NVidia icon in your system tray and select NVIDIA Control Panel
- Select Manage 3D settings and then go to the Program Settings tab
- Select the following file: C:\Program Files\Blueberry Software\FlashBack Express 7\FBProRecorderUI.exe
- Select Integrated graphics as the prefered graphics processor and click Apply
For a Radeon GPU:
- Open the Windows Display Settings
- Go to Graphics Settings
- Select Classic app in the drop down menu and click Browse
- Select the following file: C:\Program Files\Blueberry Software\FlashBack Express 7\FBProRecorderUI.exe
- Click Options
- Select Power saving and click Save.
